For many years, the Tramonti family had been shipping olive oils from their family in San Giorgio Morgeto for personal use. When people began to question why their food tasted so good, the family brought even more of the Fazari's olive oils over for their family and friends. They had found something special: just tasting the olive oil tends to result in a smile. The concept of Sarafino sprouted organically - work with other producers who share the same passion, pride and ambition. Sarafino came to fruition with a mission of making high-quality, natural and uncompromised products accessible to all.
