SPEDUCCI - A LOCAL TERM
It refers to those perfect little chunks of meat on a wood skewer. Our relatives over in Italy call them arrosticini or spiedini. Local term for a local product: our meats are sourced, raised, and processed within 100 km of our shop, offering a style that is recognizable by our Italian parenti though still uniquely ours.

What started out as a traditional butcher counter selling everyday cuts, has evolved into a destination gastronomic experience. We’re honoured to provide a lively, dynamic operation ranging from full service specialty grocery store to a casual & contemporary restaurant, to a stylish event space.
