We're a casual home with an emphasis on simple Italian cuisine that combines traditionalism with modernity while drawing inspiration from every region of Italy.  Our bright, crisp and clear flavours are responsibly sourced and our dishes allow our ingredients to speak for themselves. With a big appreciation for old school cookery we happily greet modern techniques to enhance the end result for our customers. Il Covo’s special cantina holds a creative selection of Italian wines from fine vintage labels to organic and biodynamic wines made by emerging producers for our patrons to explore and enjoy.
